  7. The mixture should be grated for equality. Yet, avoid over-grating as it makes the icing too thick.
  8. If icing doesn’t become smooth, add 1 tablespoon of milk.
  9. If you see solid and liquid parts separately in the icing, whip it for one or two minutes more.

  11. The remaining mixture should be put in a plastic pot to freeze it and can used for the next 90 days.

4 cups powdered sugar

  • Then while beating, put in powdered sugar gradually.
  • Thereafter, again while whipping, add 1 tablespoon of milk to make the mix uniform.

Buttermilk Icing

Constituents –

3 cups powdered sugar

1 cup unsalted butter

4 tablespoons of buttermilk (in place of buttermilk, heavy cream too can be used)

Any essence extract that you like

  • Then, while beating, put in powdered sugar gradually.

Constituents –

8 ounces cream cheese

1¼ cup powdered sugar

Less than half a cup unsalted butter

Any essence extract (half of the table spoon) that you like

Preparation technique –

  • Whip the butter and cheese together and make it even.Cream-cheese doesn’t need softening.
  • Combine the smoothed cream-cheese and butter with the essence extract that you like.
  • Then while beating, put in powdered sugar gradually.

Vegan Icing

½ cup vegan butter (instead of vegan butter, vegan cream cheese also can be used)

7 table spoons of almond milk
