    This simple tutorial will tell you How To Capture A Screenshot Of A Movie or How To Take Screenshots Of A Movie.

    For completing this tutorial you need to have a free software called VLC media player.

    This can be downloaded from:

    Now to know how to take screenshots of a movie firstly Install VLC Media Player either with default options or with customized options [depends entirely upon you].

    Follow these steps:

    01. Once installed open a movie with VLC for which you want to take a screenshot:

    02. Now Go to Settings –> Preferences or press Ctrl + S

    03. Now click on Video tab:

    And choose the location where you want the screencaps of a movie to be saved. Like mine is C: Drive:

    04. Now find a good scene on the movie and Pause it. Go to Video –> Snapshot

      Well Dude what's the use of a software if you can do it will a print screen button in your keyboard.

      Thanks for your replies buddies. @Vamsi buddy try the thing you saying and tell me if you get anything else other than a black screen, you close the video, the image will go black.
